A financial advisory company based in Somerset can use Optoma interactive flat panel displays, Quickcast transmitters and WyreStorm matrix to present the same content on screens in adjacent rooms.

Cooper Union Group is a financial consulting company headquartered in Taunton, Somerset. Its 20-person conference room and smaller client suite require a technology-based environment where internal staff and clients can introduce and train them.

Both meeting rooms have glass door dividers. Cooper Associates hopes to use the glass dividers by displaying the same content on two screens and circulating the same audio in the two meeting rooms, thereby transforming the space into a multi-positioned space. Training facilities.

The ability to manipulate live audience demonstrations, investment opportunities or mortgage styles in training or demonstrations is also an indispensable requirement for the company.

Since the company is a proud sponsor of the Somerset County Cricket Club, the space will also be used for entertainment and awards evenings, as well as a leisure venue for playing music, radio or live sports programs through the system.

Commercial interior design company recommended by Businesss for Business drafted by professional supplier and installer Sounds With Vision and installed Optoma OP861RK + 86 in the interactive flat panel display (IFP) in the main meeting room, installed in the client kit Optoma OP651RK + 65in.

To complement the IFP, Optoma's QuickCast demo transmitter was installed and linked to the WyreStorm matrix so that they can work together in two rooms. A single HDMI dongle enables presenters to remotely connect to their laptops and perform wireless presentations-and increase the audio passing through.

Andrew Bissett, Director of Sales and Marketing of Sounds With Vision, said: "This pair of Optoma IFP and Optoma's QuickCast provides a perfect answer for customers who need a cautious, up-to-date, and powerful solution to use. aspect."

Diana Cooper, Director of Operations and Finance of Cooper Associates Group, added: “It is imperative that the technical solutions in both meeting rooms must allow customers and business partners to enter the space. Our current minimalist and professional office maintain the same aesthetics. The combination of 4K resolution and wireless QuickCast easily achieves this goal!

"Functionality is also very important. Being able to display the same content on two screens through the TapCast app allows us to transform the space into a multi-site training and presentation tool, and to be able to show our brand on two screens at once. At the same time as training or demonstration, the ability to manipulate the demonstration, provide investors with investment opportunities or provide mortgage loans will also be a valuable tool."
