The Blackmagic switch box has a new big daddy that can be streamed-the entire Atem Mini series can also be moved!
The Blackmagic Design press conference is now live-so far, there have been two major announcements:

The switcher is now supported by mobile phones, so you can stream media locally or where wifi is not needed.
• The family has added a new Blackmagic Atem Mini Extreme, which has more buttons and can connect up to eight sources (from four sources in its class of products). It also provides two USB connectors-loads more buttons throughout!
Extreme provides 4 ATEM advanced chroma keyers, a total of 6 independent DVEs, 2 media players, 2 downstream keyers, 16 multi-views, 2 USB connections and multiple HDMI auxiliary outputs. Like Atem Mini Pro, Extreme has a built-in hardware streaming engine that can achieve high-quality real-time streaming through Ethernet connections with YouTube, Facebook, and Twitch.
Atem Mini Extreme is available now at a price of US$995/£922.
• There will also be a Blackmagic Atem Mini Extreme ISO version that allows you to record all 9 inputs at the same time,
– This way you can back up all feeds for editing after the live broadcast. This version will go into production soon, and when it goes on sale at the end of the month, it will retail for $1,295/£1,198.
• Also released Web Presenter HD, which is a major update to the current Blackmagic Web Presenter. It is an H.264 encoder that allows you to stream websites and make your computer think that any SDI or HDMI input is a network webcam. The price is 495 US dollars / 466 pounds.
