1.Question: why TV menu display not is the whole screen. mediacy screen or overstep screen?
    Answer: Adjust them by keystroke of TV extension.the details please read manual Chapter 6 carefully.
2.Question: why will appear flickering / blurry menu etc precarious phenomena in using?
    Answer: please check the resolution first.the display effect is the best by 800x600@60Hz, 800x600@75Hz,1024x768@60Hz. then please adjust resolution and refresh rate based on request.
3.Question:why no image,black screen or green screen in my Lenkeng Broadband entertainment suit?
    Answer: Pleasce check to see if the TV extension is turn on or right to choose video channels (eg:AV1 AV2 AV3).If it is turn on and still no image.please check to see if the power supply light is illuminated and make sure power supply is ok.if still can’t work regularly.please check to see if all cables are connected correctly,if appear black screen.please press left and right keystroke on panel at the same time for restoring factory default settings. if still can’t work regularly.maybe the network cable over 50M,please use the homemade network cable less than 50M or external connect DC12V1A power supply to computer extension.
